The former couple looked amicable as they chatted at the £5m mansion in Wimbledon, while removal vans pulled up in the driveway.
Both Dutch beauty Lilly, 42, and former tennis player Boris, 49, were seen carrying bags out of the home.
Lilly looked stylish in a leopard print mini dress which flashed her toned legs, paired with black sandals.
Her caramel flecked brunette tresses were styled in a sleek ponytail and she accessorised with oversize shades.
Wimbledon winner Boris looked sharp in a black and teal polo shirt, teamed with jeans as he carried bags out of their home.
The former couple's son Amadeus was also seen at the property.
Earlier this week, Lilly was seen moving into her new home in South West London as the pair's separation moves forward.
The sighting followed reports of the domestic dispute with Boris at the house earlier this month.
