But Katie Price's frankness might leave My Crazy Life viewers feeling a little queasy as an upcoming episode shows her estranged husband Kieran Hayler forced to clean the pus from her ear following her latest face-lift.
The former glamour model, 40, proves her show really is a no holes barred experience as the camera hones in on her infected wound, where Kieran reveals a hole is starting to form as the result of a missing stitch.
After asking Kieran to check it out, he mocks: 'It's not infected. It's just a bit rank. That's rank. Look at all that s**t.'
On closer inspection the former stripper notices that one of her stitches has come loose, prompting Katie to declare: 'I knew it I've got a hole in my ear.'
Asking Kieran to show her a picture of the damage, Katie is horrified by what she sees and shouts: 'Oh f**k off, that's infected!
'That is bad. That is really infected. Would you not worry if your ear looked like that?'
Following her surgery earlier in March, Katie told MailOnline: 'I instantly feel better after [Dr] Frank [Plovier] treated me. He is the only surgeon I've trusted over the years and the only one I wanted to correct the work.
'I am so happy with Frank's work, he really has restored my confidence. He is very loyal and an incredible surgeon!'
