20-YEAR-OLD student Anna Wyatt beat anorexia after being passed a note from eating disorder blogger Ella Crouch in Waitrose.
Anna, who described the gesture as "an incredible thing to do", weighed just six stone at the time and had been refusing hospital treatment.
Ella Crouch, who has herself fought the illness, approached Anna at the checkout and handed her a handwritten note with a link to her blog about her own experience overcoming the deadly disorder.
