Stroppy Louis Tomlinson had a bizarre outburst filming Alan Carr’s Chatty Man on Wednesday night when he threw all his toys out of the pram – or rather his £600 phone, 100 feet across the stage.
As the stunned audience gasped, poor host Alan, 39, was left to run and fetch the phone.
The incident happened in the middle of the interview, when the band’s stilted answers were interrupted by a ringtone.
“Is it me that is ringing?” asked Louis, 23, who has a baby due next spring with pal Briana Jungworth, 23.
