He's known by many as the 'Male Kim Kardashian', after spending a whopping £100,000 on surgery in the past - and now this super fan has gone under the knife again to pursue his dream.
Jordan James Parke is recovering after having a second nose job, a chin implant and jawline and neck liposuction in one operation this morning - and while he's still a Kim lover - it was her sister Kylie Jenner who inspired his new chin.
The 24-year-old flew to Poland for the two-and-a-half operation, having been refused a second nose job by his original surgeon, and has shared a photo showing the painful aftermath, as he rests up in the clinic.
Speaking to Mirror Online just hours after waking up, Jordan said: "I've had another nose job, a chin implant and jaw line and neck liposuction. I just thought, you know what, I wanted it all done, so just get it done in one op."
His most recent operation cost £3,000, but Jordan admitted it could have gone up to as much as $15,000 if he'd chosen to fly to America for it.
Jordan admitted he wasn't happy after having his first nose job last year, feeling it was still "too big", and eventually printed off photos of Kim's nose to show to the surgeon in Poland.
He's now had more shaved off the bridge, and he added: "I showed them a picture of Kim for my nose, and said 'this is how I want it'."
But while Kim inspired his nose, it was her sister Kylie whose chin he's had.
"I wanted my chin like Kylie Jenner's, with a really defined jawline. I love her jawline and she's got such a sharp chin," he told us.
Asked if it's still just Kim he takes inspiration from, he admitted: "No, it's the whole family now, but mainly Kim. But I love them all, their looks, the way they dress, they're just an inspiration."
While Jordan is looking forward to a break now, he's planning his next procedure to be a "Brazilian butt lift".
He explained the procedure would involve liposuction on his stomach and legs, before re-injecting it into his bum.
And while he's got support from his friends and family, Jordan admitted not everyone is too pleased with his ongoing goal to be the male Kim.
"My mum hates me getting stuff done, and my Nan hates it too. They just warned me 'watch what you're doing, don't have it too small. Don't go crazy'. But I only told them about the nose job this time. I just mentioned the chin implant, and my nan was like 'why the hell would you have a chin implant'?"
