Kim - who welcomed her son Saint, with husband Kanye West, on December 5 - explained that her rapper husband is keen but she has health concerns.
'Kanye has said it every single day,' she told him, 'but I don't think I can carry another one.'
The couple also have two-year-old daughter North.
She recently revealed her joy at shedding her baby weight to reach her pre-baby mass.
The reality television star shared a picture of her weight of 139 lbs on Snapchat, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star excitedly wrote: 'YOU GUYS!!!! PRE BABY WEIGHT WAS 135!!!!!'
It hasn't come easily however - Kim has been following the Atkins diet and working out regularly to shed the 70lbs that she gained before and during her second pregnancy.
The wife of Kanye West is a devoted follower of the protein rich foodplan and also used it to shed her baby weight after welcoming daughter North, now almost three.
On the finale episode of Kocktails With Khloe last week, the brunette beauty was asked whether she wanted more kids, by the 31-year-old host.
Kim replied: 'I said no way. I was so set on my two kids and how happy I was with my life the way that it is, but Kanye has been mentioning it every single day lately for the past 10 days,'
'You’ve been counting the days?' Khloe asked.
'Yeah,' an exasperated Kim said 'I’m like why is he doing this to me?!'
'It would be a really dangerous environment for me if I were to get pregnant again,' Kim continued, referring to the health problems she suffered during her two pregnancies.
