Katie Price today claimed that Kate and Gerry McCann were wrong to leave their three-year-old daughter Madeleine alone on the night that she vanished.
Speaking on ITV's Loose Women, the mother-of-five received was applauded by the audience for saying 'It doesn't matter who you are, you don't leave your children.'
Her comments came after Sharon Osbourne was criticised for suggesting the McCanns were 'insane' for leave their children unattended while they had dinner at a holiday resort in Portugal in 2007.
Speaking today, Katie said: 'I'm on Sharon's side.'If you are on holiday, your kids sleep in buggies, why in your right mind would you leave your kids in a room? I don't care if it is a safe place or if you can see them or not.'
She said parents like the McCanns 'shouldn't have gone on holiday if they wanted to leave them in a room.'
Katie, 38, has five children - Harvey, 14, Junior, 11, Princess, nine, Jett, two, and Bunny, 18 months.
