How Cameron Diaz Celebrated Her Yummy 44th Birthday With Her Famous BFFs

Cameron Diaz rang in her 44th birthday as any person should: surrounded by her closest friends, loved ones and...food!

The actress celebrated the special day at a star-studded cooking class with her famous besties—including Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Gwyneth Paltrowand Brad Falchuk—as well as her hubby, Benji Madden.

The group hit up the New School of Cooking in Los Angeles, where they became chefs for the night and learned how to prepare a delicious meal.

"Cameron was having a great time," a source tells E! News. "[There was] lots of laughter. She looked very interested in her class. Everyone was very into it."

Paltrow took to Instagram to extend the birthday wishes to her best friend, sharing a selfie with Drew Barrymore.

"Dear @camerondiaz, before the day ends, I bid you a happy birthday," she wrote. "And I hit the ground with gratitude for getting to be one of the women who calls you a best friend."
