Indian Minister Slammed for Getting Special Treatment During Flood Inspection

What was supposed to be a routine official visit by Indian minister of the central state of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, nose dived pretty quickly and sparked rebuttals and jokes on Twitter after a picture of the minister surfaced online.
The picture showed the minister being carried by police officials through a flooded road in the affected community he gone to visit on ‘flood inspection’.

According to BBC,

“Large parts of India have been flooded after a number of rivers started flowing above the danger level. At least 17 people have been reportedly killed in flood-related incidents in Madhya Pradesh.”
