Report : Liverpool Preparing €15 Millon Bid For Inter Milan’s Gary Medel

​Liverpool are preparing a €15m move to sign Inter Milan holding midfielder Gary Medel, says Corriere della Sera.

The 29-year-old, who has been at Inter since leaving Cardiff in 2014, has become a key member of the first team at the San Siro.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp wants to strengthen his midfield options before the transfer window closes, with the experienced Chile international his number-one target.

However, the Italian sports daily also says the Serie A club will not allow Gary Medel to join the Merseysiders if in-demand midfielder Marcelo Brozovic leaves San Siro this summer.

Gary Medel could swap places with Lucas Leiva, with Inter understood to be keen on a deal for the Reds midfielder.
