At the end of the last series of the reality show, fans were led to believe that the worst was behind them as Myles, 24, invited her to go away with him to Mexico.
23-year-old Courtney had agreed to go with him, but had expressed her concerns over giving him another chance and has since changed her mind.
Myles told The Sun: 'Me and Courtney aren't together now. We broke up. And we never went on that holiday.
It just wasn't working and we split up. I've been spending time with the boys and working. Yeah. It's not been great.'
MailOnline has contacted a representative for Courtney for comment.
During the ITVBe series finale, the Essex beauty, 22, was left starry-eyed after he offered to whisk her away on a romantic holiday to Mexico.
Meeting up with Myles for dinner, she told him: 'The thing I'm scared about is giving my heart back and you breaking it in again.
Insisting the rumours that he had slept with a girl in Wales weren't true, he said: 'In the last year I haven’t been proud of the way I've acted. I'm asking and I'm not putting any pressure on you but I have booked a holiday to Mexico and there's a spare seat.'
While Courtney asked: 'Are you joking?' Myles dropped the bombshell that the flight was the next day.
She later told Chloe Meadows: 'I think my heart's telling me one thing, and that is to go to Mexico.'
