Wayne and Coleen Rooney are preparing to up sticks and move their family to Washington, following the former England player's new signing with US team D.C. United.

And while they are leaving the spoils of their UK digs, naturally the famously lavish couple are ensuring they will continue living a life of luxury in the States, as images of what is thought to be their sensational new home, show the stunning details of their home in the stateside capital, complete with chic additions.

Interior shots of the home show the couple, who are parents to Kai, eight, Klay, five, Kit, two and Cass, five months, will want for nothing within the grounds as the sprawling new house boasts luxurious features including a vast wine room, a stunning pool, a high-end gym and a cinema room.

Earlier this month, Coleen took to Instagram to reveal to followers that she 'had a great time' sightseeing, house hunting and viewing schools for her four children in their adopted home. 

It seems their hunt has been fruitful as image of the home show the stunning details, with one of the boldest elements being the traditional theme complete with wooded walls and interiors.

With classic touches added into the house, each room boasted classy hallmarks with the sprawling size helping provide the sense of grandeur provided throughout.

One room featured a vast screen layered in front of a round meeting table, making for a combined cinema and meeting room. Ensuring the famous family would be eating in luxury, the dining room featured a lengthy table with two dazzling chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and stunning art on the walls.
