In a dramatic spoiler teased ahead of the episode, it sees the two siblings, aged 37 and 39, trying to sort out their hectic schedules ahead of their yearly family Christmas card photo shoot.
Yet it's not long until things get fiery between Kim and Kourtney, with the latter saying: 'If I'm out by 4, that's all I need and I don't think I'm gonna get there and change my mind.'
To which Kim complains: 'That was when my meeting was. It was supposed to be at my house, unless I do it at 7 in the morning!', with her sister insisting she changes the time.
But as they continue to argue over the family Christmas card photo shoot, in front of momager Kris and other sister Khloe, Kim loses her temper and explodes at her older sibling.
She snaps: 'No one wants you in the f**king shoot. I'm planning it. I'm planning the shoot, so we don't want you in the shoot.'
Yet Kourtney doesn't react to her sister's harsh words and simply responds: 'Did I already say this morning, I didn't care do it.'
But Kim doesn't stop lashing out and continues: 'Maybe if you had a f**king business that you were passionate about then you would know what it takes to run a f**king business but you don't, so don't even act like you know what I'm talking about.'
And it looks like her words finally hit a nerve as Kourtney gets up and storms off outside the room.
