It had been claimed that Paris was considering seeking help in a rehab centre after hearing about Demi Lovato's hospitilisation, following the singer's overdose.
However, the US actress, 20, has now set the record straight via social media, denying such reports and referring to them as 'bulls**t' while thanking friends for their support during a 'tough time' on Wednesday.
Taking to Instagram, Paris directly addressed the rumours, following the concerns of fans, and insisted she isn't going back to rehab.
The model, who has previously opened up about her battles with drugs and mental illness, posted a brief video in response to the speculation and said: 'To all my friends sending me really sweet messages and letting me know that you're here for me through some tough times or whatever... I'm not going back to rehab or a clinic that was just bulls**t rumours online.
Paris penned across her video: 'I appreciate the sweet messages though.'
