Rylan goes wild as his idol Britney Spears asks him to dance with her onstage.

Rylan Clark-Neal's dreams came true on Thursday, when pop star Britney Spears asked him to dance with her onstage. 

The TV presenter, 29, appeared on This Morning to discuss the new series of Celebrity Big Brother - but was soon left speechless when hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes revealed Britney's request.

Showing him a video of the singer, 36, asking Rylan to join her onstage at her upcoming London gig, the host was sent into a frenzy - leaving viewers in stitches.

Rylan is known to be a fan of the Toxic hitmaker, having embarked on a playful interview in 2016 - which saw him dance his favourite Britney songs, while she guessed the answers.

Showing him a clip of the challenge on This Morning, the presenter was only delighted further when he was told Britney wanted him to dance with her onstage on Saturday night. 

Host Ruth Langsford revealed excitedly: 'See you should be on Strictly with moves like that!

'However... she said she's going to be at the O2 next Saturday, and she wants you to go up on stage live at O2 and join in on her performance of Freak show.'

Rylan's face immediately dropped, and he looked around the studio in shock, before managing to stutter: 'For real? Me and Britney?!'   

Fans were left in stitches by the scene, and immediately took to Twitter to vent their excitement for Rylan. 

One wrote, alongside a GIF of his shocked expression: 'Your face when you found out your going on stage with britney!'
