As she embarks on getting her life back on track, the mother-of-five, 40, will discuss speculation surrounding her personal life in recent months that saw her arrested for drink driving.
Addressing her 'disgusting' behaviour in a teaser for her show's new series, Katie insists it has been out of character for her, while her terminally ill mother Amy admits it has been 'really hard' watching her daughter 'destroy herself'.
Alluding to her troubles of late, the teaser opens with the words; 'Drink, Drugs, Lies, Broke, Rehab, Truth,' before Katie is seen saying: 'Everything I did was disgusting and not me.'
She is seen undergoing treatment at The Priory and reuniting with her mother Amy, who is currently suffering from a terminal lung illness - idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
Calling Katie out for her concerning actions, Amy tells her daughter: 'It's really hard watching you destroy yourself.'
As well as Amy, both Katie's ex-husband Kieran Hayler and beau Kris Boyson appear in the special.
Kieran is seen discussing his ex-wife to the camera and claims: 'Kate is always ready to blame everybody else.'
In other scenes, the former glamour model is seen having a candid conversation with her on/off beau Kris, in which he appears to be quizzing a remorseful Katie on her behaviour and says: 'You’re sitting there and saying you don’t regret what happened.'
Katie has rekindled her romance with Kris, following her split from toyboy businessman Alex Adderson, 25.
It seems their reunion will be caught onscreen, as the duo are seen hashing out their issues and sharing an embrace in the 30 second trailer of her My Crazy Life special.
