Randy looked comfortable wearing a black t-shirt underneath a houndstooth pea coat for the event
His casual ensemble including black jeans and navy trainers, with thick black frames worn across his eyes.
With his hand intertwined with his new leading lady, the couple smiled as they walked through the gallery.
Simone - real name Mariah Scimone - rocked a black-and-white paisley print blouse with black trousers.
She kept her perfectly manicured hand wrapped around her beau's arm, with a grey purse dangling from her shoulder.
The budding romance may not be so new as Randy made an appearance on Simone's Instagram account back in October.
She captioned the photo of the pair sitting side-by-side, 'Thanks for coming to see me perform last night loves.'
Court documents obtained by TMZ at the beginning of January show a judge 'signed off' on the 'marriage dissolution' between Randy and ex-wife Erika after it was filed way back in September 2014.
Erika had asked for spousal support and for former American Idol star Jackson to pay her attorney's fees. She also wishes to return to her maiden name of Riker.
The couple had been married for 18 years and share two adult daughters, Stevanna and Genevieve.
This was a second marriage for the 62-year-old who was previously married to singer-songwriter Elizabeth Jackson, the mother of his oldest daughter Taylor.
