Gemma Collins unveils dramatic cosmetic transformation

Gemma Collins unveiled the results of her dramatic cosmetic transformation on Tuesday after having filler injected into her tear ducts, cheeks and chin. 

The 38-year-old travelled to Cheshire to visit Skulpt surgery to have the filler 'top-ups' which are said to cost several hundreds of pounds.

The luxury non-surgical clinic, shared a before and after image on Instragram, writing: 'Our lovely @gemmacollins1 came back to visit us at Skulpt for her filler top-ups. 

'Gemma had filler in the cheeks, nasolabial folds, chin, marionettes & tear troughs.' 

Using long lasting HA Filler, the aim is to contour the face, minimise lines and reduce the appearance of eye bags.  

No doubt Gemma, who is dating James Argent, wanted a fresher look after the series of Dancing On Ice ended. 

As well as showing off her new cosmetic enhancements, Gemma has recently chopped off her long blonde locks and is sporting a shorter blunt bob. 

Unlike many of her TOWIE co-stars, Gemma hasn't had a long list of cosmetic procedures.

She famously had a 'designer vagina' surgery in 2017, paying £2000 for labiaplasty, which aims to alter or reduce excess skin/tissue of the labia majora.

In scenes aired on TOWIE at the time, her BFF Bobby Norris enthused: 'I've never seen anything that looks so perfect. It's like a new penny! 

'That's £2,000 well spent. I would rather have a la la like that than a cheeky trip to Marbs.'
