FRSC Officers Kill Colleague Over Whistle-Blowing In Anambra

Two officers of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC, Akpotobo Paulinus and Uchenna Izuako, have been accused of killing their colleague, Emeka Ojei, who wanted to expose them.

Activist, Harrison Emefiena Gwamnishu who is leading the campaign for justice for the deceased, wrote on his Facebook page this morning "Two Federal Road Safety Corps officers serving in Onitsha, Anambra State have allegedly strangled their colleague, Emeka Ojei to death for whistleblowing.

Two senior officers Akpotobo Paulinus Unit Commander and Uchenna Izuako, Route Commander FRSC Onitsha, carried out the act.

The two officers have been detained in SCID Awka since 8th June,2019 and from investigation, the police refused to charge them to court.



Meeting with the family yesterday, We assured them of carrying out thorough investigation and make sure the perpetrators are brought to book..

Till date, the FRSC are yet to visit the family.









The deceased is from Okpanam, Oshimili North LGA, Delta State.

We wish to alert all Okpanam sons to get prepared as we shutdown the nation for the death of our own.
