Research Shows That Vitamin D Reduces COVID-19 Infection and Impact

We have been wrong all these while! This explains why Africans have not been as heavily hit by the COVID-19 like the Eastern European countries! Well, scientists have revealed that COVID is directly linked to deficiency in vitamin D. The new research was revealed on Saturday, 26th September, 2020 and was carried out by scientists at the Boston University's school of Medicine. This research has now confirmed a long conspiracy theory which has been fuelled since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We can now expect a major rush for Vitamin D supplements and Vitamin D rich food as soon as this information gets out. Fortunately for Africans, there is an abundance of sunshine which provides natural vitamin D and numerous organic foods which aid in building immune.

According to Dr Michael Holick, who recently published another study finding that sufficient vitamin D can reduce the risk of catching the coronavirus by 54%, the vitamin can also help against other viruses affecting the upper respiratory tract.
