Akuapem Poloo, Instagram model and actress, who was arrested for the nude photo she took with her son on his birthday has reportedly told a court that it was a mistake which she regrets.
The actress appeared in court on Monday, November 9th, 2020 to face the 3 counts of charges which were levelled against her.
She was charged with the publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence, and undermining a person’s privacy.
According to Akuapem Poloo, the nude photo was posted by mistake because she never meant to make that photo public as she pleaded not guilty to the charges.
She was granted a bill of Ghc 100,000 with four sureties, two to be justifiedThis court case came up following a photo she posted on her Instagram page with her son naked which sparked a backlash on the digital space
