The lawmaker represents Ikeduru State Constituency.
He has been replaced with Owerri West State Rep., Hon. Kanayo Dele Onyemaechi as Majority Leader of IMHA.

Uche Ogbuagu is South East's pioneer tele-comedian, a severe critic of Rochas Okorocha and politicians down the years and was a staunch member of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) until his defection to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in January 2020.
