Big Brother Naija Season 10 has officially commenced, with the premiere show held on Saturday night.
This season opened with the introduction of 15 female housemates, who will be competing for a grand prize of ₦150 million, along with other rewards. Hosted once again by the charismatic Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the launch show captivated millions of viewers across the country and beyond.
The housemates will spend the next three months in the Big Brother house, navigating tasks, challenges, evictions, and interpersonal drama in a bid to emerge winner of Africa’s most popular reality show.
The first housemate introduced was Zita, a 24-year-old who brought youthful energy to the show. She was followed by Mide, a 23-year-old from Ondo State, and Sultana from Adamawa, who chose not to reveal her age. Big Soso, representing Kaduna State, also joined the competition alongside Tracy, Ivatar, Gigi Jasmine, Thelma, Ibifubara, Imisi, Isabella and Sabrina, who hails from Edo State.
Each contestant brought a unique personality and style, setting the tone for what promises to be an exciting and unpredictable season.
The show’s organizers confirmed that more housemates are expected to join the house on Sunday, increasing the number of contestants and the dynamics in the house.
