Job Title: Training Centre Manager

Job Summary
- Oversees daily operations, ensuring effective delivery of training programs, sources and engages facilitator/instructors and client satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and client focus.
- Person Specification: Operationally minded leader with excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise all training programs and schedules.
- Develop and implement improvements to training systems and procedures.
- Promote a culture of excellence, safety, and professionalism among staff.
- Support business development and client engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate course delivery, resource allocation, and instructor performance.
- Ensure training programs align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training operations or administration.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
