Taylor Swift sued for 'stealing' Shake It Off from another artist - Mirror .

It is the latest legal woe for the superstar - but law boffins say this case could be over before it even begins...

Pop's sweetheart Taylor Swift is being sued over allegedly stealing Shake It Off from another artist.

According to legal papers, Taylor, nicked lyrics from another unknown song, Haters Gone Hate by Jesse Braham.
The Grammy winning tune was released in 2014 - a year after Jesse released his less successful hit.
In Braham's song, he sings: "Haters gone hater, playas gone play. Watch out for them fakers, they'll fake you everyday."

He claims Calvin Harris' lady friend blatently ripped off these lyrics and wants a cool $42 million for the alleged theft.
It is the latest legal woe for Pennsylvania-born Taylor, on Wednesday the 25-year-old against a former Denver radio host who sued her after he said he lost his job because of false accusations that he inappropriately touched her during a photo session.
