Emilia Clarke demands #GameofThrones 'free the penis' in campaign against #nude scene #inequality

The actress has had to take her clothes off more than once on the HBO show and she thinks it should be the same for the male actors

Actress Emilia Clarke has made her feelings on Game of Thrones nude scenes very clear - she wants to 'free the penis'.

The Terminator star - who plays Mother of Dragons, Queen Daenerys Targaryen in the HBO fantasy epic series - has had to film nude scenes multiple times for the show, and is now ready for a bit more equality in the battle of the sexes.

"I feel some things about it," she said when asked by James Corden on The Late Late Show about her views on the nudity imbalance.


"I feel like there's a little bit of inequality with the amount of nudity that happens with women, this woman in particular, and that happens with the other guys. I just think that should be even."

“The consensual sex she has thereafter was genius. She is physically saying, 'You can't rape me again. I'm going to be in control and show you something you've never seen before'," the British actress told Glamour magazine.

“At the heart of it, we're telling a story; you need that part of the story to feel empathy for Daenerys.

"You see her attacked by her brother, raped by her husband, and then going, ‘F**k all of you, I'm gonna rule the world.”
