David and Victoria Beckham enjoy a romantic date night out as they head to one of London's top luxury hotels

They're doting parents to their four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.

But David and Victoria Beckham took a rare night off from their duties at home on Tuesday, and headed out into London to enjoy a romantic date.

The sporting icon, 41, and his 42-year-old wife wrapped up against the chill weather as they enjoyed a meal out at the luxurious Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair.

The couple, who split their time between London and LA with their family, headed out minus their children to enjoy some quality time together in the British capital.

But with winter creeping ever closer, the couple had to wrap up warm against the cold.

David - ever the dapper gent - donned went for a smart approach, and wore a white dress shirt with a camel overcoat, black skinny jeans and tan boots.

He added a baker boy cap to his ensemble, a favourite of his, and rounded things off with a red scarf draped around his neck.

The rugged sports star was all smiles as he and his wife of 17-years left the hotel following their romantic meal.

Victoria shied away from the limelight and kept a low-profile as she and her husband hopped into their car.
