Vicky Pattison plants kiss on hunky former flame... leading to reconciliation speculation after he jets to Oz for her birthday

She is in the midst of her debut presenting gig on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here's sister show Extra Camp. 

And while Vicky Pattison is fully immersing herself in her promising new career move, she stole a moment to ring in her 29th birthday on Wednesday, when she was visited by her mum Carol and old flame John Noble, who she was seen kissing last month.

The former Geordie Shore star shared a sweet snap with her 3.4million Instagram followers during her bash, as she planted a kiss on the business man's cheek while adding the cryptic caption: 'What's meant to be will always find a way...'

Vicky made her inaugural appearance on Extra Camp on Sunday night as she continues to reign supreme as jungle queen following her victory on the show last December. 

While she is clearly loving her new role, the brunette beauty was undoubtedly overjoyed to see the arrival of her beloved mum and John, who The Sun claim she locked lips with after an appearance on The Xtra Factor last month.

During a birthday brunch, Vicky planted a kiss on John's cheek while adding her mysterious caption, which sparked a response from an eagle-eyed fan who quizzed: 'Are they together?' while another wrote: 'I just (heard) about 50'000 hearts break'.

Other followers hinted that John was her love interest after years of friendship, writing: 'So he's the lucky boy too happy for you it's a yes from me...core it's like a throw back Thursday but it's only a Wednesday!... have fun you two!'
