Yet Keeley Hawes looked worlds away from the BBC One series as she and her husband Matthew Macfadyen got hands on during a spot of DIY work on their London home on Sunday.
The Ashes to Ashes actress, 42, looked almost unrecognisable as she cut a casual figure in a pair of grey tracksuit bottoms with a lighter coloured oversized jumper over the top and beige trainers.
Keeley appeared to go make-up free as she tied her brunette locks into a high ponytail away from her face.
Meanwhile, her husband, Matthew, also rocked a casual attire as he wore a pair of dark shorts with a black t-shirt over the top.
The Pride & Prejudice actor, 43, completed his look with a pair of white tube socks and black trainers.
The couple got hands on as they did house and garden improvements on their London home.
While later on, the actress brought in some new items for the garden, which appeared to be a grey rug and some bird feed.
