Cheryl looked incredible wearing a one-sleeved red gown, and platform heels, with her long brunette locks cascading down in curls past her shoulders.
While she looked beautiful, and there's nothing to suggest she has had cosmetic surgery, fans took to Twitter to say they thought she looked different.
