The former TOWIE star, 27, ensured her football pundit beau enjoyed a night to remember, treating him and his guests to a four-tiered gold cake, abundant top-shelf booze, a live saxophone player and even flip-flops for revellers.
But Kate also showcased her sense of humour at the bash, held at the upscale Rosso Restaurant & Bar, as she included a gallery of some of the former footballer's more questionable fashion choices over the years, dubbing it 'Rio's worst looks'.
Kate took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday evening to share a a stream of snapshots and video clips of the festivities from the night before.
Birthday boy Rio was seen cosying up to her belle as they hit the dancefloor to Mac Band's 1998 classic romantic track Roses Are Red as he clutched a bottle of bubbly.
He was also shown displaying his fancy footwork to will.i.am and Cody Wise's appropriately-selected hit It's My Birthday – but Kate appeared to be unimpressed, as she playfully captioned the footage: 'What are those moves.'
And after several hours of dancing the night away, considerate Kate also had stacks of flip-flops placed in the bathrooms, so guests could give their feet a break.
The blonde beauty caught the eye with her cushion-cut engagement ring, she sported a wrist brace to support her dislocated joint following her injury in September.
She ensured all eyes were on her as she slipped her gym-honed frame into a plunging burgundy bralet, flashing a hint of her toned abs.
