Mavin Boss, Don Jazzy has commended the Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for dropping the “Mr. Excellency Title”.
Just yesterday, the governor, made an announcement stating that he would no longer be addressed as Mr. Excellency as it signifies authority, position in government, authoritarian disposition, executive arrogance, and a demi-god mystique. He, however, revealed that he wishes to be addressed as Mr. Governor.
Don Jazzy who happens to be very vocal on political issues, upon seeing hailed the governor for making such an impressive move that should be emulated by other politicians. He tweeted, Tuale Mr Governor.
