Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks has emerged as a transfer target for Manchester United - according to The Athletic.
The Red Devils may face competition for the 23-year-old's signature from arch-rivals Manchester City, however, with both clubs set to launch bids in the summer.
Winks has featured in 16 Premier League matches for Spurs this season.
