Former Lagos PPRO – Dolapo Badmus and Abayomi Shogunle are reportedly among the 40 officers dismissed from Nigeria Police Force over human rights abuses.
The reports of their dismissal is already trending on Twitter, and this is coming in the wake of #EndSARS protests holding across the country against police brutality.
It is not clear, if true, why the celebrity Police was dismissed, but some reports on social media have it that her dismissal is bothered on human rights abuses.
Names and service numbers of those dismissed became public on Saturday.
Abayomi Shogunle, a formed Head of the Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit (PCRRU) and a former Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, Dolapo Badmos were also affected.
