Gov. Okowa appoints Justice Elumeze as President of Customary Court of Appeal in Delta

 


Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa has appointed a new Acting President of the Customary Court of Appeal in Delta State, Justice Patience Elumeze.

Elumeze was appointed following the retirement of Justice Stella Ogene from service.

This is contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Delta State Government, Mr. Chiedu Ebie Esq.

The statement reads, “It is hereby announced for the information of the general public that following the retirement of Hon. Justice Stella Ogene as President of the Delta State Customary Court of Appeal, His Excellency, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State has approved the appointment of Hon. Justice Patience Elumeze as the Acting President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Delta State.

  The statement said Elumeze’s appointment is effective, Tuesday 17th November 2020.
