Divisional Sales Manager at Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited

 Seven-Up Bottling Company Ltd is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Nigeria, producing and distributing some of the nation’s most- loved beverages in the country like; Pepsi, 7Up, Mirinda, Teem, Mountain Dew, H2oH!, Lipton Ice Tea and Aquafina premium drinking water. SBC has recently entered into Home & Personal Care category with the 2SURE brand and launched its first product, a Hand & Surface Sanitizer. Seven Up boasts of nine bottling plants with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities strategically located across various regions in the country.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Divisional Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Abia
Employment Type: Full-time
Sector: FMCG

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to your entire divisional sales force, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate strong and collaborative partnerships with distributors, key accounts, and other stakeholders to maximize market penetration and sales success.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and develop winning strategies to capture market share.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team fostering their growth and maximizing their potential.
  • Prepare insightful sales reports and present key findings to the General Manager Sales (GM Sales) and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive divisional sales plan, setting aggressive yet achievable goals for market expansion, new business development, revenue generation, and overall profitability.
  • Oversee all sales and business development activities within the division, ensuring optimal performance across all channels (wholesale, retail, etc.).

Requirements

  • BSc / HND
  • Minimum of 12 years FMCG sales experience with a proven track record of achieving sales target and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent Leadership/Coaching Skill
  • Goal Oriented and Target Driven
