We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: ERP Data Entry Officer

Location:  Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Data Entry with experience in SAP and data entry to support our business operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our ERP system, supporting day-to-day transactions, and ensuring seamless workflow across departments such as inventory, sales order and Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, update, and verify large volumes of data related to inventory, sales orders, customer records, and supply chain information.
• Identify and correct data entry errors, inconsistencies, or gaps.
• Collaborate with different departments to collect and process timely, accurate data.
• Support logistic team
• Generate reports to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• ND/Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience using SAP ERP systems
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools is an added advantage.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in data entry roles with a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Strong understanding of business processes in FMCG sectors (inventory, distribution, finance, etc.).
