Scott Iguma Shocked By Emergency Vehicle Delivering Oxygen Between Lagos Hospital

Activist Scott Iguma has expressed shock and criticized the Lagos State Government over the deplorable condition of a medical emergency bus being used to transfer oxygen between hospitals in the state.

Scott, who appeared visibly surprised, questioned what might happen in situations where oxygen is urgently needed at any Lagos hospital. In his video, he also highlighted the poor condition of the major road leading to the Mother and Child Hospital in the Eti-Osa area. The road, he explained, is filled with potholes and often causes heavy traffic jams. He wondered what would happen if a pregnant woman in labor or another emergency patient needed to be rushed to the hospital under such conditions.

According to him, the bad road alone could cause unnecessary delays, possibly leading to avoidable deaths. He also raised concerns about the state of the medical bus itself, questioning how such a poorly maintained vehicle could deliver oxygen swiftly during emergencies.

Scott further expressed disappointment with Nigerian leaders, noting that they frequently travel abroad and see how things are done properly but fail to replicate such working systems back home.

He clarified that activists are not trying to paint Lagos in a bad light but are only calling out the government because they want the best for the state and the country.

The viral video has since sparked mixed reactions across social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and especially X (formerly Twitter).
