Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Locations: Abuja, Port Harcourt, Rivers & Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

What duties will you have?

  • As an Electrical Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, shaping the way we design, maintain, and improve electrical systems across workshops, facilities, and project locations.
  • Your work will directly enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency—making a real impact every day

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve electrical maintenance procedures and diagnostic methods
  • Identify recurring failures and propose engineering solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and electrical regulations
  • Maintain technical documentation and inspection checklists
  • Provide guidance to engineers, managers, and technicians
  • Support training and competency development across teams
  • Design and size electrical installations, wiring, controls, and power distribution systems
  • Evaluate and optimize power supply systems (generators, hybrids, renewables)
  • Prepare electrical estimates, BOQs, and technical evaluations
  • Support tenders, project mobilization, and major site installations

Job Requirements
What skills must you have?

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
  • 5–8 years of real-world experience in heavy equipment, industrial sites, or power systems
  • Confident supervising electrical work — whether it’s your own team or subcontractors
  • Comfortable contributing to tenders, costings, and feasibility checks
  • A natural project coordinator who thrives during installations, testing, and commissioning
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with managers, engineers, and partners
  • A team player who enjoys supporting and coaching others
  • Solid English skills (B2/C1).
