Lagos - The Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) trustees will on Monday be arraigned before a Lagos court following the death of 116 people during a building collapse, Vanguard reports.
The incident, which took place of September 12, 2014, saw a six-storey guest house within the church compound crumble, bringing to light defects within the building's structure.

The Senior Pastor of the church, Prophet TB Joshua, has been at the centre of the controversy and will appear in court alongside the rest of the SCOAN trustees.
A statement released by Bola Akingbade, Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, confirmed the scheduled arraignment, which is set to take place before a Lagos State High Court in Ikeja.
Despite suits having been filed by the engineers who constructed the building, both men will also have to appear in court as scheduled.
TB Joshua in July blasted a coroner's ruling that his church was criminally negligent for the building collapse.
