The United States has condemned the recent deadly suicide bombings and attacks in Nigeria and neighbouring countries.
The attacks have been carried out in Cameroon, Niger and Nigeria.
Boko Haram has perpetrated these and a string of other attacks.
"Through these senseless acts of brutality, Boko Haram terrorists are depriving the people of the Lake Chad Basin region of their fundamental right to live in peace and security," said Mark Toner, Deputy Department of State Spokesperson.
He added, "We extend our condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims of these terrible attacks."
