Reports on Saturday indicated that there was a massive bomb explosion at the secretariat of the Isoko Development Union in Oleh, a university town in Delta State.
Sources said that the huge blaze ripped through the facility, hours after the union begain its annual conference.

The incident appeared to be a co-ordinated attack.
The state Commissioner of Police, Zannah Ibrahim, who visited the scene of the incident, vowed to apprehend the perpetrators, a Punch report said.
