A mum-of-one who complained after a garage put a bright blue wing mirror on her SILVER car was branded a “w***e” and a “s**g” on Facebook .
Hayley Louise took her Mercedes in for repairs after it failed its MOT and mechanics had agreed to fix the part as part of a £250 deal.
But when she returned hours later she was “gobsmacked” to find her silver car’s mirror had been replaced with a bright blue one.
Hayley claims she immediately asked New Cheltenham Workshop in Bristol for a partial refund to pay for a respray which she says they refused.
She claims a furious worker then allegedly told her to “f**k off” and slammed the phone down when she called to complain.
Hayley says she was left in tears over the bitter row and posted a review on the garage’s official Facebook profile complaining about the customer service .
She wrote: "£300 for mot and didn't even fix what they promised to fix!!!!
"Replaced my wing-mirror with a BLUE ONE AND MY CAR IS SILVER!!! Didn't even get told it was going to be different colour.
"Got told to f**k off by the owner and put phone down on me when I rang about blue mirror.
"Absolutely disgraceful and only seems interested in getting your money.
