She spent the evening talking about Childline on The One Show alongside Esther Rantzen and Cheryl was glued to her mobile phone in the car home.
The 33-year-old looked as though she could be texting her boyfriend Liam Payne, 23, as she sat in the back of the vehicle with a big smile on her face.
Her 'bump' was just visible as she looked naturally beautiful following her appearance in which some fans thought she might be making an announcement.
Cheryl appeared on the show to talk about 'childhood' and also confirmed that going forwards, she would like to be called by her single moniker.
She also said that she was 'feeling great' following her second divorce.
With a glow about her, Cheryl showed off a blooming appearance as she talked about her own childhood, admitting that she was 'quite depressed as a teenager'.
Cheryl joined cyclist Sir Chris Hoy and Dame Esther Rantzen to talk about her new partnership with Childline.
'It feels like a fresh start for you,' presenter Matt Baker said to Cheryl referring to her divorce from second husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini two weeks ago.
'Just Cheryl. I am, I'm great, really well,' she said, as she appeared on the screen wearing a loose-fitting black jumpsuit.
