Ferne McCann and Amber Davies puff on cigarettes in clearly marked 'No Smoking' area

They had spent the evening championing the medical efforts of the NHS. 

But Ferne McCann and Amber Davies would no doubt have raised a few eyebrows as they were spotted puffing on cigarettes in an area that was clearly signposted as a 'No Smoking' spot on their way out for the NHS Heroes Awards on Monday night. 

The reality stars seemed oblivious to the fact the area was a designated smoke free space as they lit up their cigarettes and shared a long conversation, with Ferne even leaning against the 'No Smoking' sign as she indulged in the vice.

The First Time Mum star appeared in high spirits as she chatted to Amber and her other pals, after wowing in a pretty orange dress with a pretty floral pattern.

MailOnline has contacted Ferne and Amber's representatives for comment. 

The awards ceremony also marked the first time Ferne has been at the same public event as her former pal Sam Faiers. 

While Ferne, 27, partied the night away with Binky Felstead and Vicky Pattison, Sam appeared to hint at some bad blood as she took to Instagram afterwards to cryptically write: 'Don't kill my vibe.'
