Twitter user Enebeli Paul has cried out after his brother got stabbed in the neck by a Serving Nigerian soldier in Lagos, Although He didn't give much details but according to him, The officer named Daniel Gbenga stabbed the young man with a broken bottle after they had dispute over Money, Though he still alive but the mom has been in tears for days now,
