And according to The Sun, Ant McPartlin, 42, is said to be terrified that make-up Lisa Armstrong, 41, is planning a TV exposé after their divorce was finalised.
Aside from liking tweets, Lisa has kept a dignified silence when it comes to her split and there is nothing to suggest she is planning talking about their relationship.
A source told The Mirror: 'It looks like it will get messy.
'He wants arbitration, but he thinks Lisa may go public and may even go on TV. The insider added: She wants to keep their dog, but so does he.'
A source also told The Sun: 'It’s getting increasingly bitter. After everything Lisa has been through she feels so angry and hurt.'
On Monday, Lisa liked a post from a fan which read: 'I’m not, and never, suggested someone stay with anyone if they don’t want to.
'The healthy thing to do is separate. The unhealthy thing to do is to start shacking up with your wife’s friend. That’s not ok in any circumstances. Major girl code breach.'
Court documents from last week revealed that McPartlin had 'committed adultery' with his new girlfriend Anne-Marie and that his former wife found it 'intolerable to live with' the TV star.
Under divorce laws, Ant technically had to admit adultery because he was still married when the relationship began.
