Afro-pop star, David Adedeji Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, appears to be furious after he was denied approval for the usage of Eko Atlantic as the venue for his December 27th concert.
There are rumours that the managment of the Eko Atlantic City may have barred the DMW boss from using its venue to hold his annual end of the year concert as previously planned.
Clearly peeved by the turn down, the multi-award winning singer took to his social media pages to vent his spleen.
He tweeted, “So my show this December at eko Atlantic Was not approved … I wonder why ? Hmmm ANYWAYS ANNOUNCING A NEW VENUE SOON!! ITS A DIRTY GAME BUT I CANT BE STOPPED!!”
Davido then followed it up with another tweet where he said he was denied the venue because of his support for the PDP during the Osun state election.
He wrote; “Nah the highest dem fit do be that ! I I WILL SUPPORT WHO I WANT TO SUPPORT AND WILL NOT SWITCH SIDES OVER A F-CKING VENUE !! ITS F-CK EM! DEC 27TH CITY OF DAVID CONCERT STILL ON! ANNOUNCING VENUE SOON! LOVE YALL”
