Imogen Thomas shows off her toned curves in a bright red bikini

She's been working hard on an intense fitness retreat in a bid to start the year at her healthiest. 

And Imogen Thomas looked sensational as she took a break from her stint at Prestige Bootcamp and headed to the beach in Lagos, Portgual on Friday.

The mother-of-two, 36, showed off the results of her hard work in a revealing red bikini as she soaked up the sunshine. 

The former Big Brother star teamed her stunning scarlet two-piece with a pair of simple circular shades as she strutted along the shore.

The Welsh model wore her brunette locks scraped back from her face and went make-up free to display her pretty features. 

Imogen completed her beach look with a pair of gold hoop earrings as she worked all her best angles in front of the camera.   

Proving herself to be the perfect model, the bombshell threw her head back as she lapped up the winter sunshine.  

The reality star took to her Instagram Stories earlier on Friday to show off the hard work she'd have to put in for her last day on the retreat.

With a beach run beginning at 7:30am and plenty of exercises followed by the 'wall of death death death', Imogen was in for a tough final day.

She uploaded a snap of herself clad in a black sports bra and leggings to show off how far she'd come on the retreat with the caption: 'Last day! Let's do this!'.
