Kate Wright organises sweet 'last minute' Valentine's surprise for fiancé Rio Ferdinand and his kids.

And Kate Wright was again proving herself to be the perfect fiancée and stepmother to her beloved Rio Ferdinand and his kids Lorenz, 12, Tate, 10, and Tia, seven, as she posted stunning shots of the Valentine's Day surprises she organised. 

The 27-year-old former TOWIE star thanked a local balloon company for providing a vast red arch while she littered their dining table with images with Rio, a bouquet of preserved roses with diamantes attached and personalised Toblerones.

Kate is excitedly planning her wedding to Rio, after the retired footballer proposed to her with a £400K ring during their trip to Abu Dhabi in October however she still found time for romance on the big day.

Throwing herself into the sweet surprise, she printed off a number of their favourite photos together and positioned them around a huge bunch of flowers. 

The roses at the centre of the table were studded with diamonds while placed inside a round hat-box style carrier - for a chic and elegant finish. 

She then shared a cheeky snap on social media showing Rio hiding his face, with the added caption: 'Happy valentines bub glad you're enjoying my company.'
